Project criteria & how to submit loan request
World economic conditions affect traditional financing. As a result, banks tighten credit for projects. We work closely with private and institutional lenders who are interested in financing projects around the world. Project financing comes in different forms, whether it is Debt Financing, Equity or combination Debt/Equity. We will work with you to determine which option is best.

General criteria
For projects less than USD30 Million, please click here.
For projects over USD30 Million :
| * | Project must be an acceptable industry. | |
| * | Most countries are acceptable. | |
| * | Collateral is required of all projects. Types of acceptable collateral: Cash Time Deposit, bank instrument, insurance guarantee, sovereign guarantee, acceptable assets. Some investors will consider an equity position or a Joint Venture if you do not have sufficient collateral. |
To proceed, you need to submit a complete loan packet which contains these essential documents:
| A) | Completed Master Project Overview form. | |
| B) | Completed and signed Letter of Loan. | |
| C) | Two or three page synopsis of Applicant’s proposal (Executive summary). | |
| D) | Copy of Feasibility Study (Business Plan). | |
| E) | Company profile and CV’s (Curriculum Vitae) of principals. | |
| F) | Financials for previous two years and current year to date. |
